Has the sa me return policy of any big de aler like Blue Nile, or De Be ers. 30 Days from the point of sa le but what they don't mention is a nything about upgrading your diamond. Diamond Inte rnational will fully upgrade the Diamond for the fu ll amount.
The Di amond Industry is a competitive industry wi th little room for error. Doing my re search I've found though out the co mpanies I looked at they where all go od! Top-Notch customer service, Top-Notch Diamonds, To p-Notch everything. I'd say I don't fi nd any company that sells Conflict Di amonds. So that's a good thing. All-i n-All the Diamond Retailers I reviewed are re ally good. All bring the 4 C's to the ta ble and the excellence is everywhere. So I thi nk the main issue comes down to Bra nding or Better Support. Branding of the Bi gger Companies are rest assured that you wi ll get there quality bar-none. The Sma ller companies give you extra options li ke free upgrade for the lifetime of the di amond for the full-value if you go wi th them.
